Dr. Martin graduated from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in 1985. His 30 years of clinical practice in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics have encompassed a wide variety of settings including private practice, correctional medicine, inner city clinic, and international short term medical clinics. It was during his correctional medicine career that he was introduced to telemedicine both as a provider and administrator.

The growth of Internet telecommunications and declining costs of telemedicine equipment and services have enabled him to cost effectively provide care to American expatriate families living overseas. It is his vision to expand these telemedicine services to remote locations where travel is difficult and outsiders are sometimes not welcome except by those who directly benefit.
